■The mounting dimensions of the brakes accord with GB6333-86 standard. The technical specifications accord with JB/T6406-2006 standard.

■MAIN FEATURES

Safe and reliable performances, smooth braking and high frequency of action.

The interlocking equal clearance device always keeps the clearance of the brake shoes equal at both sides during the application, which can avoid the adherence of the brake lining at one side on the brake drum due to the uneven clearance.

Main swaying hinged points are equipped with self lubricated bearings with high efficiency of transmission and long service life. Lubrication is no necessary during the application.

The brake spring is arranged in the spring tube and the scale of the brake torque is set at one side which is convenient and direct for adjustment.

The asbestos free brake linings and the brake shoes are of insertion type and are mounted by the clamping method, which are safe and reliable, and convenient and quick for replacement.

■OPERATING CONDITIONS:

Ambient temperature: – 200C --- + 500C

Circumferential working environment must be free of combustible, explosive and corrosive gas(es).

Air relative humidity should not be more than 90%.

Sea level altitude for application accords with GB755-2000 standard.

The anticorrosive products should be adopted if such products are eroded by rain and snow in the open air or where there is corrosive gas or medium.
