BCQ-MK series overload limiter installation instructions

Notice before installation

• Please check whether this model can meet your lifting equipment before installation.

• Check whether the equipment can work normally after switch on.

• Power supply of the products shall be free from any electrical control (except the power master switch)

• This product is banned to be used in the rain and the strong corrosive environment, it should be equipped with rainproof measures if used in outdoor.
  1. The sensor installation
  Fix the sensor directly on the steel wire rope(fixed end) of electric hoist, and make the wire rope embedded sensor fixed block, then tighten screw. (refer below pictures)
  
  2. Connection with electric box

• Power supply wiring: Make the two power cords marked “380V” connect with the 380V power supply system, it shall be free from any electrical control (except the power master switch)

• Control wiring: Make the two control cords marked “Control” access the circuit of AC contactor coil of electric hoist.
