Application

Over weight load limiter for single beam cranes from 0.5‐32Tons. Over 32Ton,please inform us,we will speical design for you.

Single beam crane, double beam crane, hoist and so on. As a function of overload limiter, when
load weight out of capacity, it can shut off the power and stopped work so that can keep safe all

the time during working.

Pre Alarm point When crane Load capacity reached 90% of the rating alarm point, the load limiter will Alarm fitfully beep(short beep)， shown out the load weight on display screen
Rating Alarm point When crane Load capacity reached 100% of the rating alarm point, the load limiter will Alarm fitfully beep (long beep).the yellow pilot light will be lighted. shown out the load weight on display screen
Urgent Alarm When crane Load capacity reached 110% of the rating alarm point, the load limiter will Alarm continuous beep. The red pilot light will be lighted. And cut off the power of crane contactor automatically after 2 Second delay, shown out the load weight on display screen
Sensor overload capacity The sensor’s real overload capacity is 1.5 of the rating load capacity.
