Application：

HMIC’S Electro Magnetic drum brake system are widely using in the range of crane industry, port machine,Metallurgy Machine,mining machine or etc. As a device for reduce speed or braking machine system.

Standard：

HMIC’S MK-JZ Series Electro magnetic brake system, For the Installation size, connection dimientions and brake torque and so on are strictly following the requirement of JB/ZG4388-86 Standard, and technical requirement follow the standard of JB / T7685-2006.

Main Features：

▲ when our brake system Ex-factory, the brake shoes(lining) of riveted type already be installed.. If you need changd the lining type from Riveted to Card slot ,please inform us when ordering.

▲ The main swing hinge points are equipped with self-lubricating bearings, which can ensure  high transmission efficiency, long using  life and no need lubrication during use;

▲ HMIC’S brake system are designed as  normally closed type. When power off, it will working as spring braking,when power connected on,will using electro magnetic release.

◆ There should have no explosive medium, gas and conductive dust that can corrode metal and damage insulation in the surrounding working environment.
